Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Coordinator
Operation Blessing International – Virginia Beach, VA

Operation Blessing International (OBI) is seeking a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) professional to coordinate OBI’s online advertising, SEM and SEO marketing initiatives to include: review and implement paid and grant ad campaigns plus coordinate campaign optimization.  

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of digital/online experience, preferably SEM (Paid Search or SEO).
• Working knowledge of online adword and display advertising industry. 
• Working knowledge of Ad Serving systems is a plus (e.g. Atlas, etc.)  
• Should hold some combination of the following certifications: Google AdWords Certification, Google Analytics Certification, Bing Accreditation, etc.
• Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.
• Working knowledge of various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Google+, and MySpace.

Manager of Major Donors

Operation Blessing International (OBI), an international humanitarian relief and development organization, is seeking a highly-motivated fundraiser to develop and implement strategies/processes to expand its major donor efforts.

This results-oriented professional will build solid relationships and increase OBI major donor giving through personal solicitation, cultivation, donor events, donor campaigns, and donor communication.  Will strategize and prospect for new donors while setting and tracking departmental goals.

Disaster Relief Project Specialist & Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Disaster Relief Project Specialist & Operations Manager to provide leadership, training, logistics coordination, financial management, graphic design and communication support services for domestic disasters, special projects, and the support of domestic based programs related to the U.S. Disaster Relief & Programs Department.

Coordinate and oversee packaging and production of marketing materials, and prepare timelines for delivery. Manage and cultivate relationships between internal departments and outside vendors. Assist with administration and quality control for mailings and other marketing materials.

On Call Truck Driver
Operation Blessing- Bristol, VA area

Operation Blessing International (OBI) is seeking an On Call Truck Driver to work with Hunger Strike Force to transport product to and from assigned pick-up and delivery locations.  This position will ensure safe operation of assigned OB tractor and trailer in compliance with Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations (FMCSR).   

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Must have Commercial Drivers License (CDL), Class “A”
• 300,000+ miles previous driving experience
• No DMV chargeable offenses for immediate 3-year period prior to employment
• Must pass DOT drug and alcohol test prior to employment
• Working knowledge of DOT 11, 14, and 70 hour drive/work rule
• Knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations
• Ability to plan and execute travel-time in a safe, legal and DOT compliant manner
• Ability to perform DOT compliant vehicle inspections
• Skill in hooking and unhooking tractor-trailer combination units
• Ability to communicate to donors, ministries and dispatch in a positive manner
