Operation Blessing is committed to maintaining your trust and confidence. We provide the online police to make sure you are aware of our security practices and to inform you of the way your information is both collected and used.
No Sharing of Personal Information
Operation Blessing never sells, rents, leases, or exchanges your personal information with others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide online with business partners who are acting on our behalf to complete the activities described below. Such entities and/or business partners, including those located in other countries, are governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of this data. Operation Blessing assures you that the identity of all who contact us through this Web site will be kept confidential. Use of personal information will be limited to the internal purposes of Operation Blessing only to further the ministry activities and purposes of Operation Blessing.

Collected Information
There are several different ways in which we collect information from Web site visitors. Information comes
- From individuals who voluntarily provide personal information by:
- Requesting information or materials from our organization,
- Making an online donation, or
- Participating in an online survey or other activity
- From a visitor's IP address to help diagnose problems with or between servers, and to administer the OBI Web site. The visitor's IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.
- From periodic uses of cookies only to keep track of site traffic and enhance our visitors' experience on the OBI Web sites.
The online information that we collect includes name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number, e-mail address, and, in the case of online giving, credit card number and expiration date. In order to continuously improve your service and tailor our subsequent communications to you, we may also collect broad information regarding your demographics, comments, professional interests, and contact preferences.
Information's Uses
Operation Blessing uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. We may use your information to complete a transaction, issue you an income tax receipt for a donation, or to personalize our Web site for you. If you so desire, we may also use this information to update you on ministry projects and activities. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research or provide you with information we think would be of particular interest. At a minimum, we will always give you the opportunity to decline such direct marketing.
