COTABATO CITY, Philippines - Earlier this week, Tropical Storm Jolina dumped heavy rains and triggered widespread flooding across the Philippines.
According to the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC), the storm battered several regions of the Philippines, affecting more than 100,000 residents and forcing thousands to evacuate.
To date, Operation Blessing disaster relief teams have been focusing their efforts in Cotabato City, distributing emergency food, blankets and other relief to more than 4,000 people.
