Our initial relief efforts focused in Gloucester County, where a tornado tore a 12-mile path, uprooting trees and destroying homes. After assessing the damage yesterday, OBI’s response team headed to Deltaville, a small community of 3,000.
In this one town, around 25 homes were destroyed, with 40 more damaged.

| Operation Blessing deployed heavy equipment to assist with debris clean-up and also began serving hot meals to residents, first responders and work crews. |
Operation Blessing quickly set up a mobile kitchen to begin serving hot meals to affected families, emergency personnel and work crews. Teams also brought in heavy equipment to start removing trees and other debris.

In addition to working with local emergency personnel, OBI is also coordinating with several local churches in the community to determine additional needs and relief efforts.
