    STEVE O'GRADY

VICE PRESIDENT DOMESTIC OPERATIONS & PROGRAMS
Steve O'Grady oversees the daily operations of Operation Blessing's Hunger Strike Force (HSF). Under his leadership since May 1995, the HSF has achieved an annual average of distributing 100 million pounds of food and relief supplies, supplementing 70 million meals and providing millions of pounds of disaster relief supplies nationally. In addition, the HSF has also played a crucial role in the procurement and transport of more than 1 million pounds of food and relief supplies to developing countries each year.

Steve also carries the responsibility of soliciting new sources of revenue to ensure the solvent expansion of the Hunger Strike Force. He is also frequently called upon to act as the on-site disaster assessment coordinator during domestic disaster situations. In 2007, he was promoted to Vice President Domestic Operations and Programs.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Radford University in 1981, and he has gained extensive managerial and marketing experience working with the Exxon Corporation from 1981 through 1991, and American Sales Corporation from 1992 through 1994.

While his personal education and experience are an important aspect of the success of the Hunger Strike Force, Steve credits this success to "surrounding myself with a staff of people who have 10-times the talent and ability that I ever could."

Steve currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife and two children.
