New school means a brighter future for children in Israel
For the very first time, children like this little girl in Israel are able to attend school.
ISRAEL – There’s nothing like your first day of school—the smell of new crayons, the crisp pages of new books, and the excitement of making new friends.
That’s why it's so incredible that Bedouin children in Israel now have the opportunity to go to the first bilingual English/Arabic school in the country.
Operation Blessing is supporting a brand-new kindergarten that will reach disadvantaged children living in the Negev Desert of Israel. OBI provided solar panels that will power lights, computers, and heat in the winter—giving children like this little girl the opportunity to learn how to read and write.
This school project is just one of many new and innovative programs that Operation Blessing is developing in Israel, including assistance for Holocaust survivors living in poverty, aid for victims of human trafficking and medical care for villagers in remote regions.
Lives are being changed through these Israel projects, but there is an urgent need for funds to keep these projects moving forward.
Your gift today can help provide a brighter future for these Bedouin children and many more families in Israel.
HOW YOU CAN HELP: Operation Blessing is helping to transform the futures of children like these by providing clean water, education assistance, nutritional feeding programs, medical care and more.
Please make an online contribution toward OBI's orphan care programs today and help us continue to reach those in need.
