Young Jennifer had a bad infection in her gums that was so excruciating she couldn’t bear to eat. Even mashed-up bananas proved to be too painful for her. As a 36-pound seven-year-old, Jennifer was dangerously underweight. Jennifer’s mother was terrified for her daughter’s health. However, the family didn’t make enough money for a visit to the dentist to be possible. Thankfully, Operation Blessing held a free dental clinic in Jennifer’s town in Guatemala. Operation Blessing’s doctors cleared up the infection, and Jennifer joyfully gained weight. She now loves to eat her mother’s fried chicken. Thank you for giving Jennifer another chance at life.
