Albert Rodriguez joined Operation Blessing International in 2009 and has been serving as the National Director of El Salvador since 2016.
Albert earned a bachelor´s degree in finance from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating, he got involved in the non-profit sector as a volunteer with Operation Blessing El Salvador, and has taken courses in non-profit management and leadership at Harvard University and George Washington University. He also participated in the internship program with the Organization of American States (OAS) based in Washington D.C. and with the United Nations office in Geneva through the Graduate Study Program.
He has also been awarded fellowships with the U.S. State Department, the Israeli Agency for Development (MASHAV), and the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. Currently he is a member of several other organizations based in El Salvador, including the Israeli Alumni Association (SHALOM), The Israeli-Salvadorian Chamber of Commerce, The Chilean Association, and the local United States Alumni Association.
Albert is fluent in Spanish and English, and is currently pursuing certifications in the areas of non-profit and project management.
