Medical Team Helps Haitian Village

Medical Team Helps Haitian Village

The remote village of Cornillon Grand-Bois in Haiti is far-removed from much-needed medical care. It takes two hours just to take a dirt path to the nearest main road, and then further to reach the only medical station in the area. Operation Blessing chose this village as the site of a two-day medical campaign, bringing in a medical team of doctors and nurses to provide care to the villagers. Over 600 people received medical aid during the campaign, including diagnoses and medicine. OB Haiti’s team also brought chlorine and trained villagers in how to use it to treat their water to make it safe for drinking.
