OUTER BANKS, UNITED STATES – John Ochs and his wife have lived in the Outer Banks of North Carolina for decades. They have endured many storms that have swept through the area. The Ochs are just one of dozens of families devastated by Hurricane Dorian. Flooding, rain, and severe wind damaged their property and many of their belongings. But thanks to generous partners like you, Operation Blessing volunteers have the resources to help families like the Ochs as they begin to rebuild what was lost.
