Restoring a West Bank Kindergarten
Children at Zaatara in the West Bank receive a lot of love and the opportunity to learn and play. However, the school could not afford much-needed renovations. The playground and their restrooms were old and damaged. The slide was broken, but the children still attempted to play on it since there was a lack of safe playground equipment. Operation Blessing installed four new sinks for the children so they could practice good hygiene. Then, OBI built a new restroom and restored the playground! The old slide was removed, and in its place Operation Blessing installed artificial grass, swings, a seesaw, and other playground equipment. These children now have a healthier and safer environment.
