Geraldina Motta

Geraldina Motta joined Operation Blessing International in July 2012 as the national director for Guatemala.
Geraldina has considerable experience working in international nonprofit organizations and is passionate about sustainability projects that provide livelihoods to needy families. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Preston University as well as a bachelor´s in social sciences from Universidad Panamericana of Guatemala. Geraldina is also a lawyer and Notary Public.
In 2013, she helped setup Operation Blessing’s Agriculture Innovation Laboratory headquarters in Guatemala as well as built the foundation to hold in-country anti-parasite campaigns for school-age children in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health, Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), and other NGOs. Geraldina has also helped create strategic alliances with companies to assist with social responsibility projects such as health programs that provide dental and medical care services to those in need.
Geraldina is fluent in Spanish and English and certified in management and mediation.
