Scott Hill first joined Operation Blessing International in January 2006 where he managed international shipments and helped set up the infrastructure for medical donations throughout Latin America and Africa, including overseeing several multi-national anti-parasite campaigns. In 2008 he began managing international water projects for OBI and established new water projects in Peru, Brazil, Niger, Nigeria and Mexico, which increased the amount of wells and people served by 45 percent. Scott also helped create safe water evaluation methods and sustainability standards that are applied in over 15 nations.
Growing up in Spain, Scott has considerable experience working in international settings and is passionate about education and getting others involved in international humanitarian aid. He has a master’s in organizational leadership from Regent University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in theology from Bryan College.
Scott is fluent in Spanish and English and certified in well drilling, import-export, and project management. He lives with his wife, Ivonne, and their two boys in Mexico City.
